After an initial discussion, our specialists will visit your home to identify your unique cleaning needs. We’ll give you a free estimate. You can have a look at all the cleaning services we provide. Together, we’ll work out a plan to carry out the cleaning task in a personalized and timely manner.
You don’t have to worry about or give anything. Whether it’s about cleaning a home or an office space, our cleaning team will arrive equipped with the entire set of cleaning supplies, tools and equipment.
The size of the cleaning team varies from one cleaning project to another. For cleaning a home, we’ll send at least 2-3 members for performing the cleaning task. If more professionals are required, we’ll send more. For the cleaning of commercial spaces, we employ larger teams. At every stage of the cleaning project, we’ll keep you up to date with the number of team members that will be present in your home or office for doing the cleaning tasks. You can get your home or workplace cleaned once a week, twice a week or once a month, as per specific need. We also provide special one-time cleaning for moving in, moving out, new constructions etc. For many of our clients, we perform cleaning at the interval of every two weeks. Depending on what your specific needs are, we can have a discussion with you and schedule accordingly.
Though we welcome your presence during cleaning, you don’t need to be at home. Many of our customers give us a key to their home. All client keys are stored in a safe, which can be accessed only by the local owner or the office manager. The office manager hands over the key to the head of the cleaning team when they go to clean your home. It is incumbent on the team head to return the key to the office manager before leaving the office building.
Pets are not an issue! However, you are advised to inform us if you have pets and if they have any special requirements. We are always willing to cooperate with you during the entire cleaning project.
The safety of every object or item in your home is a key concern for us. Our cleaning teams are quite well-trained to perform the cleaning task in a way that doesn’t harm anything in your home. In the unfortunate event that something gets damaged while cleaning, we’ll try to get it repaired or replaced as quickly as possible. All Universal Maids employees are fully insured to ensure the complete safety of your valuables and possessions.
We have taken multiple steps to balance cleaning with environment friendliness. Our cleaning processes include the use of microfiber in place of paper and bottles that can be refilled for repeated use. Whether it is our clients or the cleaning team members, we pay serious attention to their safety by reducing their exposure to harmful chemicals. We also take part in environmental activities.
Our cleaning team members don’t expect to be tipped. Nor do they require it. All they need is a word of praise. You can simply leave them a note informing them about the quality of their tasks. Our cleaners love getting feedback, as it boosts their morale and helps them improve further. In case you still feel like giving them a tip, you can place it on the kitchen table.
